Dr. Mahesh Shriram Deokar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology. His research interests include macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the reproductive system and developmental anatomy.
Before joining SGU as a Teaching Associate in 2005, Dr. Deokar worked as a Quality Assurance officer in Vista Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd, where he oversaw the meat processing and poultry health division.
Dr. Deokar obtained his BVSc&AH and MVSc degree in veterinary anatomy from Bombay Veterinary College, India and is currently a PhD candidate at St. George’s University’s School of Veterinary Medicine.
