I am a dedicated Nurse and Instructor within the Nursing and Allied Health Department, bringing a strong clinical background and a passion for education to my role. My approach combines evidence-based practice with real-world application, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and clinical reality.
I am particularly passionate about research and its role in advancing patient care and professional practice. I am actively engaged in exploring areas of interest within nursing and allied health, with a focus on improving outcomes, promoting best practices, and fostering critical thinking among students and colleagues.
As an educator, I strive to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning. I believe in the power of mentorship and am committed to the academic and personal growth of my students.

- The effect of Breast Cancer on Women between the age of 18- 49 years in Grenada Aim: This study aims to explore the emotional and psychological effects of breast cancer on women aged 18-49 in Grenada, focusing on the challenges they face and the impact of breast self-examination on mortality rates. It seeks to provide insights to improve support systems and early detection efforts in the Caribbean context.
